Women in Geothermal (WING) is a vibrant global network dedicated to promoting the education, professional development, and advancement of women in the geothermal industry.
Since its founding in 2013, WING has grown to over 3,000 members across more than 80 countries, actively working to break down barriers and foster gender equality in this traditionally male-dominated field. Through mentoring, leadership programs, advocacy, and community-building, WING empowers women and engages allies to create a stronger, more inclusive geothermal sector worldwide.
